We are pleased to announce the tremendous totals from our 16th Annual event!
Despite the pressures of COVID 19 and its ramifications, as well as supply chain and social distancing issues (never mind the weather), the event raised $230,000 for our EBN Grant Fund!
We will be able once again to bring our mission to a reality, to end hunger ONE BOWL At A TIME, by supplying grants to agencies who directly distribute food to the needy in Collier and Lee counties.
This revenue is the largest ever from our one day event, and we are very grateful to those of you who have contributed in many different ways to this amazing success!
So many of you have had a part in this, whether by painting with us, working at the event, donating funds for our supplies, becoming Friends, and of course, by purchasing bowls and other pieces at our auction and “ Bowltique” throughout the year!
As we are an ALL volunteer organization, your commitment means more than you could ever imagine.
Please watch for upcoming events, and we hope to see more of you in 2022 as we prepare for Our 17th Annual Event to be held on January 21, 2023!
Thank you for helping Empty Bowls fight hunger ONE BOWL at a time!

One Bowl at a Time
The "Empty Bowls Project" is an international grassroots effort to raise both money and awareness in the fight to end hunger. The mission is to create positive and lasting change through the arts, education, and projects that build community. The basic premise is simple:
+ Potters, educators, students, and volunteers work with the community to create handcrafted bowls.
+ Local restaurants donate soup and bread to serve.
+ Guests are invited to a simple meal of soup and bread served at Cambier Park each year.
Empty Bowls Naples is an annual fundraiser started by a group of volunteers under the leadership of Donna Torrance and her Barron Collier High School students in an effort to help fight hunger in their community.
The event benefits local organizations that provide food to those in need and allows us to offer grants to organization directly fighting hunger.
