Empty Bowls Naples celebrates its 2019 Grant Recipients

Empty Bowls Naples Inc. distributed $125,000 in grants to eight local organizations supporting the Empty Bowls mission to "eliminate hunger in our communities ONE BOWL at a time". Funding for the Empty Bowls Naples Inc. Grant Program comes from the net proceeds of the annual Empty Bowls Naples Event held in Cambier Park each January.

The 2019 Empty Bowls Naples Inc. Grant Recipients are Collier Child Care Resources Inc., Community Cooperative, Inc., Meals of Hope, Midwest Foodbank, Naples Senior Care at JFCS, New Hope Ministries, St. Matthew's House, and The Shelter for Abused Women and Children. These organizations range in size from small to large and together help address the food insecurities of children, elderly, disabled, low-income individuals and families, and unemployed populations in our communities.

Empty Bowls Naples Inc. thanks all the generous individuals and organizations that made the January 2019 event a success. The Empty Bowls Naples Grant Program would not exist without your support.
